Returns and Refunds Policy

In the event of loss or damage in the course of delivery, the Seller will, (on receiving reasonable evidence
of loss or damage) provide replacement products. The lead time of the replacement item will be 7 business days plus shipping time. Refunds will not be issued. In the event of loss or damage after delivery to your address, the Seller shall have no further liability.

Contact and Pick up

After you will be notified that your order is ready, you need to confirm by phone or email the day and approximately the hour when you intend to collect. Pick up: Monday to Friday 10am – 5.30pm. After hours pick up: – Available Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 7.30pm from “pick up box” only. No pick up during weekends. For custom projects or to confirm your pick up time please contact WALMONT through email or phone. Do not contact us through social media messaging tools.
