Pick up is always an option and even recommended for big items.

Pick up is available 5 business days after order has been placed.

Two pick up options:

1- from our shop in Papatoetoe / Auckland (11am – 6pm on Tuesday and Thursday )

2- from our workshop in Henderson Valley / Auckland (8am- 5.30pm on Monday and Wednesday). After hours pik up available from this location at request. 

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.

You need to confirm by phone or email the location,  day and roughly the hour when you intend to pick up.

All payment methods are accepted.

There is no option for cash payment.

Orders cannot be cancelled once it they have been paid.

Laser cutting technology offers the benefit of a smooth precise cut.

Laser cut acrylic has clean smooth edges.

MDF and plywood will have burn marks due to the laser cutting process of these materials.

If you sent a wrong detail, such as a wrongly spelt name, you can only change it by contacting us by phone or email within a maximum of 2 hours of your order being placed. If we have already begun any laser cutting & engraving, or your design has been started, changes are not possible, and you have to place another order. A refund is not possible in this situation.

Yes, MDF is suitable for painting.

You can express your creativity in creating your perfect decor by painting the MDF sign.

Depending on the finish you want, there are a few options:

• You can find various coloured spray paints with primer already in them This would be the simplest option: just spray the sign with a minimum of 2 coats.
• For a high-end finish, the ideal would be to give your sign a light sand and then prime the item before applying paint.
• Apply at least 2 coats of paint.
• Many of our customers are very excited about the result. They send us photos with the painted sign, some of them in multiple colours showing some real DIY skills.

We are very careful with our work, with quality and accuracy, but mistakes can happen. If your item has a spelling mistake made by us or is a different size to what you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to solve the problem by making another product and sending it to you immediately.

If the mistake is yours, you need to order another item (refund not available) and we will try to make it A.S.A.P so you can have it for your event (if there is enough time).
